Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased from Barker HRS (“The Job Scout”).

1. Resume Services

Before Work Begins

Full refund if you cancel before we begin working on your resume (within 24 hours of purchase for most orders).

After Work Begins

Once work has begun, we offer up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. If you are still unsatisfied after revisions, we will evaluate your case for a partial refund (up to 50%).

2. Blitz Application Packages

Before Applications Begin

Full refund if you cancel before any applications have been submitted.

After Applications Begin

Partial refund available, prorated based on the number of applications already submitted. For example, if you purchased the 100-App Pack ($400) and we have submitted 25 applications, you would be eligible for a refund of $300.

3. Add-On Services

LinkedIn Profile Services

Same terms as Resume Services (full refund before work begins; partial after).

Interview Prep (Curated Questions)

Non-refundable once the question bank has been delivered, as this is a digital product.

Live Mock Interviews & Coaching

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session.

Asynchronous Interview Review

Non-refundable once the review has been delivered.

4. Interview-Ready Bundle

Refund eligibility is assessed based on which components have been delivered. Components already delivered are non-refundable; undelivered components are fully refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at jay@barkerhrs.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
